Meeting or Zoom meeting to discuss about all features of the Debt Note, subscription process and payout process or renewal at maturity.
Client has to initiate the Debt Note subscription via a bank or exchange using the ISIN number and Debt Note Term sheet provided by AIX Financial Consultation LLC, with assistance from the AIX Associate.
Regular fixed payments will be credited directly to the Client’s bank account by the Securitization agent.
The Debt Note is scheduled for redemption at specified intervals following the date of issuance, as determined by the terms of the Note.
AIX Secure SPV is a debt note that enables professional investors to subscribe and earn fixed
returns at pre-established intervals through coupon payouts.
The tenure of investment for subscribing to the AIX Secure SPV is a fixed period from the issuance date. Depending on the subscription date, the remaining tenure would be the term of the Investment.
There is no Secondary market or liquidity provided by the Issuer, but it can be freely transferred to a third party under a private agreement.
The returns paid in the form of Coupon rates for the AIX SECURE SPV are fixed returns, irrespective of market conditions.
AIX SECURE SPV is denominated only in USD currency.
